These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of mobile applications developed by Priority Apps LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, installing, or using our app (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

All content, design, and functionality of the App are owned by or licensed to Priority Apps LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
If the App offers paid features or subscriptions, you will be charged through the platform’s payment system (App Store / Google Play). Prices and billing terms are disclosed in the App. All payments are final and non-refundable, unless required by law.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and use data.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that it will always function without errors or interruptions. You use it at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without notice if you violate these Terms.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting in the App or on the app store listing.
